"I’ve used Guven’s a few times over the past several months for smaller jewelry-related needs (chain extension, battery replacement, etc.) and each time, Chris is amazing. I raved about them and their customer service so much that my mom had them help her with a ring/stone swap/repair.
I will continue to go to Chris and Guven’s for any jewelry-related purchases, repairs, etc. I absolutely love them. "

"I contacted Guvens inquiring about a repair and my message was answered quickly! I brought my ring in the next day, Chris Guven(who responded to me) along with another employee were both very nice. My ring was fixed super quick and while it was being repaired, I browsed their HUGE selection of gorgeous, unique pieces. I’d 10/10 recommend for repairs or if you’re looking for a timeless piece for yourself or as a gift!"

"Recently wandered in here for the first time to see if they could adjust/tighten my center stone in my wedding ring. Needless to say, customer service was incredible, and I will be recommending this place to all of my friends and family!
