"Given's is the best jewelry store in the area around mall of ga and beyond. Chris is awesome. So very kind and nice. I will never buy from any other store. We bought wedding rings at Jared's and it was a terrible experience. Most of the diamonds have fallen off and it has been only 2 years. I understand that this does happen. A rather large stone fell off a ring I bought at Guvens and they were kind and fixed the ring immediately. There is no comparison to the quality and price as well service you get from Guvens. Save time and money and go there to see Chris, you will be impressed. I never write reviews but feel compelled to due to my experiences. I will never but anywhere else!"

"I cannot say enough good things about Guvens and the Guven family. My family and I have been customers for years and at this point we feel like they are family. Guvens treats you with the upmost customer service and the highest standards once you walk through their door. I moved away from Buford years ago and still use Guvens and will always. They are kind enough to Fedex my jewelry back and forth to Virginia. I would refer them to any of my friends and family, and have numerous times. Not to mention, their prices are spot on and beat everyone else. If you are debating visiting Guvens just walk in. You will never regret it."

"Had been looking for a while locally in GA, Internet, and in other areas in the U.S. for an engagement ring. I knew what I wanted, from the size, shape and the setting to the 4-C's and GIA certification. They had what I needed here. The selection is enormous. I came back weeks later for a tennis bracelet for her for a special gift, and will be back soon for a custom wedding band as well. I strongly recommend you try them out."

"My husband and I are ABSOLUTELY SPEECHLESS and totally OVER the TOP JOYFUL, HAPPY, EXCITED, and BLESSED to have the pleasure and honor to do business with Guven Fine Jewelry. For my 15th Wedding Anniversary, my husband worked with Chris to design my "UPGRADE FOREVER at least 2CT" ring. The ring came to over 4tcw and was STUNNING. BUT, my heart was not completly all in and for the next 6mos, as I wore, admired, and got hundreds of compliments, I still had a slight doubt & felt something was missing. So we contacted Chris and he was IMMEDIATELY 100% on board to do whatever it took to make me happy. After two weeks of designing together, I HAVE the RING of my DREAMS and I literally danced and screamed when I opened the box. "I love this store and family. I have purchased several pieces over the years and have had jewelry pieces repaired for me without ever being disappointed. I would speak with Mr. Guven before you buy a Rolex or important piece of jewelry. He stopped me from buying a sub-par diamond ring a few years ago by explaining to me the flaws and that it was a laser cleared diamond not natural. The Seller was not honest or ignorant that they had previously purchased a bad diamond. So glad I took the time to stop in and have him take a look. I highly recommend this jewelry company."
