"Took my wedding rings in because one stone appeared duller. This was on a Friday afternoon an hour before closing. Chris said I had a broken stone & immediately sent it off for repair. About 15 min later, it was fixed! I continue to be impressed with Chris & the service at Guven’s!"

"Service and being treated fairly is the life line of a business. I can tell you the family that owns Guvens, treats its customers like gold...pardon the pun. Seriously, I recently cracked my wedding ring. Its a custom basket weave band gold ring. It also symbolizes a great day in my life.
My wife took it too Chris as we purchased it from Guvens. He said no worries, we can fix it and he will take care of it. I / we were blown away and appreciative of the service and gesture of no charge. For any jewelry needs there is no other place I will shop and I will definitely recommend Guvens to anyone needing jewelry.
