"Just got my wedding ring repaired today. The store we got it from originally is out of business due to pandemic, and this place came highly recommended. My ring is even more beautiful than the day I got it, and I am just very pleased. The customer service, the time frame I rec'd it, and the overall experience won me over. "I came there my first time years ago to trade in a 2 carat diamond platinum ring and bought a beautiful eternity ring. Of course I paid extra because apparently the diamond I came in with was not the greatest quality.__I went back today and the guy who served me remembered me!!!! I was suppose to give him the appraisal of my 2 carat ring years ago and I failed him!!! I had parents who died from cancer around that time and that appraisal was the last thing on my mind but I never told him that today! I hope he won’t keep reminding me of my faux pas as I feel terrible about it because I got a lot better deal then he did!__I want to trade in my eternity Ring I bought from them years ago for diamond earrings as a trade in. They were exquisite and I will go back soon to get the earrings. Their jewelry is so exquisite and I will not trust any other jewelers again. I have been burnt too many times! The eternity ring is beautiful and it is very hard to part with it when I do give it up. I had so many compliments on that ring!!__Thank you guys, again I am sorry for not getting the first appraisal to you!!
