"Had a great experience tonight. My mother in law bought a beautiful ring from an estate sale, so we went to a national jeweler to have it sized....they wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole and said it wasn't possible. She was devistated.....after pleading with them about sizing up or down, the sales rep recommended we go to Givens that they had better equipment than they did for sizing and if anyone could do it they could. Went over they were amazing and within 30 minutes had it sized to the perfect size and my mil was in tears when she put her new ring on her finger. Thank you so very much!"

"What a positive experience we had at Guven’s today! We were greeted immediately on a packed Saturday, then connected with the owner, Mr. Guven, who talked with us for a good while, explaining the options my wife had for thickening the shank on her heirloom ring. We thought it would take a week or more - he smiled and said he’d have it back in an hour, along with cleaning another brooch and sizing another ring. Incredible artisans completed the work and the jewelry looked incredible. We never knew of this place until today - we feel like we gained friends and received superb craftsmanship. When you read the poor reviews, you have to simply shake your head. This family business is in a class by itself."
