"If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! My fiancé and I went to Guvens to look for his wedding band. We walked in and were immediately greeted by a warm welcome from Marilyn (sorry if I spelled this wrong!) we were blown away with their selection of rings. Especially the men’s rings, there are SO many options. most other stores only have a few to choose from and that’s not fair to the guys looking! Marilyn was so sweet, patient with us, very helpful and never made us feel rushed to make a decision. The pricing here is amazing. They are not out to take advantage of you like other places. And warranty is FREE!!! What more could you want? We decided to buy his band here because it was $200-300 LESS than the other places we had looked, for a BIGGER ring! We ended up finding a wedding band for me too, even though I had already purchased mine from Jareds. I was able to get a nicer, bigger ring for LESS money. I was blown away. The value they offer here is unmatched and the customer service was outstanding. We have already told our friends and family how amazing they are. Highly recommend checking this place out! **No I am not paid to write this review, I just truly want to spread the word to others after looking at other places. "I bought a necklace for my wife when the order at another store simply failed to manifest. These folks were great -- knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. In fact, I'm going to tell you how knowledgeable they are: I wanted to get a chain that would withstand determined tugging by a highly-determined 12 month old. They showed me one. It looked too thin to survive (I have a lot of experience with aggressive 12 month olds). I was assured that this was their expertise; it would hold. It has! And the little jerk has tried to break it more than once. I highly recommend them. Great selection, friendly people, competitive prices, and obviously highly knowledgeable about the product."
