"Following a serious accident where my wife's wedding rings needed to be cut off, we took some time before deciding to have them repaired. Many, including the firefighters who assisted her, recommended Guven as the go-to place for such a delicate task.__I was deeply impressed by their honesty and the attention to detail during the repair process. They advised against unnecessary services, offering a very reasonable price for the work needed. Their compassionate approach led us to also have another of her rings repaired. Remarkably, they completed all repairs on-site in just one day!__Despite initially assuming that Guven would be expensive due to their prime location and impressive premises, I found their prices to be extremely competitive. Overall, it was an outstanding experience that I highly recommend."

"So grateful we have found our new jeweler. My husband purchased a beautiful ring for me to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The ring fit but was a little snug so I decided not to wear it until we had it resized. On Saturday my ring was resized to perfection. There is no way one would detect my ring was resized. The customer service and craftsmanship they provide is OUTSTANDING."
