"I bought a necklace for my wife when the order at another store simply failed to manifest. These folks were great -- knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. In fact, I'm going to tell you how knowledgeable they are: I wanted to get a chain that would withstand determined tugging by a highly-determined 12 month old. They showed me one. It looked too thin to survive (I have a lot of experience with aggressive 12 month olds). I was assured that this was their expertise; it would hold.__It has! And the little jerk has tried to break it more than once.__I highly recommend them. Great selection, friendly people, competitive prices, and obviously highly knowledgeable about the product."

"My husband and I have shopped around at several jewelry stores this passed month and out of every one we have visited, Guvens has been the absolute best. Their quality is simply UNMATCHED. They also have jewelers working there every hour that they are open so if you purchase a necklace you need cut or a ring you need sized, there is literally NO wait. They do it right there! As business owners ourselves, we appreciate and recognize a fellow great business when we see one. Guvens is wonderful! Just since visiting their store, we have purchased multiple pieces from them and honestly, won’t shop anywhere else. We are lifetime customers!"
